I saw the Diana Concert on VH1.
I miss them. So very much.
And I miss Andy on the band.

I screamed like crazy! and yet there was a *short* place no one could fill.
I really can't believe I'm walking trough this again, like when I was lil' and...
But they'll be back together... some time in the future...

Oh man! When I watched that performance I totally missed Andy too! I thought it was wrong that Diana's favorite band wasn't complete. They should have at least brought Andy back for that one performance. It just didn't seem right. During "Rio" they cut to what's his name ONE TIME. That's it. It's like he didn't even exist. The rest of the time it was Simon, John, Nick and a little bit of Roger. Which also didn't seem right. Where's the love for Froggie!? But I will say this... Simon looked hotter than hell! DAMN BOY! He still looks good! ROWR!!!! :P

My friend said the same to me, that she thought Andy would be back for that one show. But I knew it wasn't meant to be that way.
Simon looks devastating handsome! And Nick's cute as always. Remember I'm still a bit touchy about Roger (and his new married life ;P). John... well... I talked to John and I convinced him to do something (and urgently) with that hair, and THANK GOD, he decided to combed it for the 'Live Earth' performance. 'wax' is other word that comes to my mind.
I know his name is 'Dom Brown', but this humble group of Argentinean Duranies decided to call him 'Browni' or simply 'that guitarist'. There are no personal issues with him, but I'm not fond to the idea of him making cute faces and actually 'acting' his guitar playing on stage. We know you are there, Browni. And you are no Andy Taylor
You saw 'Live Earth'? There's a part, I think during 'Planet Earth', when Browni walked close to Simon, and Simon gazed him, just to turn his back to the guitarist and call John to sing with him

I agree, Browni is no Andy. He just doesn't look or feel right up there on stage with the rest of them. Dammit! Why did they have to have creative differences! Get over it. You see, Andy was always the rocker of the band and when Timbaland and Timberlake were helping Duran Duran with their new album "Red Carpet Massacre" I think Andy was like, "uh... Timberlake? I don't even think so." Ha Ha! Something like that anyway. ::sigh:: What will we do without our dear Andy?

Ah... jealous that Froggie got married hey? Ha Ha! Simon's married and that never stopped me! I'm his mistress don't cha know!? And thank God John did something with his hair for Live Earth because it looked awful during the concert for Diana. O_O
