Great start, I can't wait to read more about what is going on with Jeff right now, hopefully Annie will help him. I loved this part, everyone was in character especially Britta so bonus point for you !

I'm glad that the characters sound right. Always something I'm unsure of. Though I found Britta really easy to write, which surprised me.

I actually intended for Annie to be the second POV in this chapter, but somehow Britta got there first. I think Annie's going to be more challenging to get right.
