lakeland::polk county::florida. sort of inbetween here and tampa.

downtown... there's a great coffee shop nearby and i've spent countless memorable nights just walking with friends around that lake in the last photo. my good friend josh used to throw amazing house shows there all the time, i'd say you should tag along and we could go again... but like all good things that has come to an end.

also: i meant to ask you last time i saw you, is most of your (amazing) work shot with digital or analog? i was never quite the photography nerd i wished to be, short hs darkroom experience notwithstanding... just curious about your setup and all of that.

hmmm... well i definately want to go eventually, house parties or no... just to see that building. do you happen to have the street address? i rely a little too much on mapquest i guess ( ... )

wonderful work, man. you seemed to have captured something creepy there. i'm intrigued, i would have liked to the signs of meth use, and bloodied mattereses.

did you know they are turning that building into studio apartments now? i have wanted to live there since i found that out...one day, maybe. they had talked for a while about selling it to hollywood to use for a building to blow up in a movie. im glad they chose the 1st of the two.

sorry, i found your journal and couldnt help comment on that wonderful building.
