Words cant describe how sore my lower back is today. Like someone took a sledge hammer and shellacked the crap outta my lower back 20 times. Actually, I got run over by a 6ft, 240# guy yesterday, and i tweeked my back oh so perfectly. Been walking around like i have rigor mortis all day.
