I slept and slept and slept. So there's really nothing new to report, other than the pink bats. Oh, and the fire. Boy, I'd hate to be the guy who started this whole thing by smoking a cigarette where I wasn't supposed to. Ouch.

While things are a lot safer in the area around the Stadium, I still think bat day, even if they're pink bats, is a bad idea.

LOL... It's not bat day for the fans. The PLAYERS will be using pink bats to raise awareness, is all.

Oh, I misread it (I saw the Yankees were doing the same thing). The Yankees do have bat day and I still think it is a mistake.
