I've been working on a scrapbook for Raindrop's 4th birthday party, which had a luau theme. I took 180 pictures at the party, and her dad is sending me some of his too, which I hope are better than mine. It's really fun, the scrapbook putting-together, but OMGZ at how I should've gotten her a Barbie or something, because this costs a billion ( Read more... )

Hey, at least the Dodgers are actually IN the wildcard race! Compared to the last couple of years, when the division champion still had a worse record than the wildcard. Oh, NL West, you have such awesome teams -- why are you so sucky and embarrassing??

I found doing India's scrapbook loads of fun. :::shhh!::: However, I haven't worked on it in months! The poor filly's life ends at four months when really she's nine months old. I look forward to seeing yours.

As for your dream? There's no accountin' for the subconscious now, is there? A retainer???? And President Clinton??? hmm...

Any pics of India's scrapbook? Let's see 'em! Poor thing, stuck at 4 months when she's clearly growing up!

You might try constructing a very long, light yet sturdy pole to change the channel, but that might be more trouble than you prefer.

(sharinlilbit, you will love doing this for the new baby. Just give in now and don't struggle.)

LOL! I've already been lying in bed at night contemplating it. *g* And last night I got a bee in my bonnet to take my mom's notebook full of recipes, put them in Word all fancy like, print out the pages and do some stamping/scrapbooking on them before having them put into a scrapbook for a Christmas present. And then I thought, heck, why not do duplicates for Kristin and our friend Lorraine?! Ack! *g*

I'm going to be forced to get some cooking/food stamps.

Well, at least the recipes would take up a lot of the room. Right?

LOL!! Welcome to the dark side. I can't wait to see your scrapbook when you're finished. My favorite thing has been the mini books that you cover yourself. And the Maya chipboard books. So cool!

Oh, I will definitely take pictures of the scrapbook after all this dang work. Even if I have already taken pics of the first 4 pages and now I keep adding to them...
