So, I wake up and find myself with like, 20 arms and a big ache in my body. WHAT THE HELL. Add to the fact I am in some weird room in some weird city. What are these glowing things above my head? And why am I looking out a window and seeing metal things on wheels? What is this? Where am I?

SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME.

You are in a city. Those things with wheels, as far as I can tell, are called "cars". They are a means of transportation.

The glowing things? "Lights", I am guessing.
