Tiredness aside, how do YOU in your MIND feel about the stress itself?
When you take your test tomorrow.... will you be able to... at least have fun? Enjoy it maybe? Consider it a thrill? Yes, its serious.... no, you probably won't relax until its over, but can't it at least be fun?
I hope you feel better soon - what you described is at least part of how I respond to excessive stress but there are usually other things happening like my vaniashing short term memory trick.
So first question? How did you respond to stress 14 years ago? Is there any chance that it is more of a mood issue than a stress issue? I am trying to remember your stress responses from when I first got to know you and am not accessing it.
Trying to intuit what is happening especially since you mentioned that you haven't been eating quite as healthy is that you are possibly suffering from a food allergy. Or maybe too much sugar or caffiene?
Take what time you can to recharge your batteries - you are right that you need to make some sacrifices but be as mindful about them as possible.
Sorry to hear you're feeling crappy. i blame the class reunion -- those things drain one's emotional energy in a weird Marty McFly sorta way. I'm tired and drained too, and it took Mo until Sunday afternoon to roll out of bed, although that was alcohol related.
