NaNoWriMo
Ho hum. Well, it's November soon, and that means NaNoWriMo. I've been getting into NaNo mode, and have been plotting two different novels and perusing the forums for the past week and a bit. I'm excited to start writing!
In the mean time, I've been making NaNoisms (funny writing errors) already, before the actual novelling period has even started.

Ah, well, sometimes you don't actually need to do that much work before starting. Especially if you need to spend your time working on uni and so on. As long as you have at least some idea of the plot, I reckon the rest will work itself out!
The discovery process is great, you're right. Watching the story unfold can be awesome and often really surprising. I get so many epiphanies when I write for NaNo.
And speaking of writing, I got a blast from fandom past on Thursday. You'll appreciate this, even though I doubt anyone else will, so I'll tell you! Haha. But I was watching The Unbelievable Truth, and the snarkiness between Andrew and Craig, just, oh man. It made me want to fic. I don't know if I will, but holy crap, my old OTP inspiring me again... So good.
