So today I wake up because the dog is jumping on me and go downstairs to have breakfast with my grandparents, who are visiting. They are feeding their Fox News addiction, as they do every morning. And there it is, the headline that has swallowed my brain

As you know, because we already talked, I too am very disappointed that the writers of this comic chose to rob us of one of our greatest comic book heroes at a time when we need the morale boost only the good Captain could give. However, I don't think he is gone for good. After all, you can't keep America down for long. (Get that? That was an attempt at a really cool play on words. Let me know if it worked. :) ) We need heroes, the super, larger than life, always on the side of right, kind of hero. Captain America was that kind of guy, and so I say to his fictional (but real in many peoples' hearts) self, rest in peace, but not for too long. He'll be back in ink before we know it! <3 (I hope.)
