I wonder if they'll ban Kool-Aid. I saw an episode of Cops recently where the officer found some with drugs and said that was a common technique for packaging powders these days. Steam the little envelope open and in goes the shit, then reseal.
Those were made illegal in DC years and years ago, back when I lived there. The um...people...that I *cough* knew had to buy them online from companies that provided products to jewelry stores.
