Every time you update, I fangirl your versions of these characters harder and harder. Like Roxas. Holy crap I love him so much with his loud hawing and verbally failing at everything. ♥ AND ZEXION MY GOD. Putting the smackdown on Axel... I flailed. XD

People will be turning over to Zexion-love if I keep him around much longer -- even Roxas seems slightly taken by his emo yet conventional good looks. THAT'S BAD, AXEL, WHAT YOU GONNA DO ABOUT THAT SHIT?

Um, yeah, I pretty much meant to write those lines like that. They're probably wrong, too, but I like how they look ._. The last one was yet another instance of me making up an idiom by smashing together completely unrelated phrases. To placate the grammar nazi in you, I promise to make even more requisite Canada jokes in the next chapter.

I revamped my icons a little while ago to reflect more of my fandoms, since it was really only representing half a dozen or so and that's just not cool.

So now I have an AkuRoku icon, and an Axel icon. :D :D :D

T_T I'm both happy and distressed. I'm glad Roxas is repairing the relationships in his life and I'm glad he's come to the realization that he IS happy with all of them. I imagine he's got to resolve things with himself before he can take that step towards Axel... but still, that scene under the lamppost KILLED me D: *sniffles*

I'm curious as to what Axel is doing with the whole image change...makes me wonder if he's doing it for ROXAS or if that's just too predictable and he's just being typically insane. lol

But then Zexion came in and was hilariously stuffy and <3333 hahaha and Demyx in the next chapter?! \o/

Well, Occam's razor applies to Axel too, I guess. I really enjoy reading everyone's speculations about what Axel's up to and also what exactly is wrong with Roxas's head anyway. To think, THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A SNOGGING SCENE ON THE STREET. Bathed in sodium light, it'd be almost romantic.

Demyx has a much more substantial role than Zexion as far as the storyline is concerned, but I love the idea of them and will just see where this thing wants to go.

Man, this story fills me with such glee.

I love your Olette. She's just so much stronger and independent here than I would have credited her character just from the bit we saw of her in the game, and that's something their little group needs to keep it together and more or less functional, I think. All of the girls in Canadian Girlfriend are pure love, really.

But jkfgjdsj, oh, Axel. The whole paragraph where Roxas was describing Axel's new attire pretty much crushed my heart, because of course. He thinks Roxas is ashamed of him, so he tries to change into the kind of person Roxas wouldn't hide whenever his other friends are around. It is just so adorable and sad and totally what he would do, I could die. Pink Oxford shirt! God.

Ahaha, and Zexion and his eviscerating intent. <3 Man, I am so excited for Roxas's first college party, you have no idea.

Also, what a fun song! Thanks so much for sharing it.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head with that third comment. My intentions can be so obvious ._.

I kind of had Olette take over the role played by Hayner in the original game, as I figured it could well happen a few years down the line. Elevating female characters never posed a problem for me, since the story is focused on the guys anyhow. The girls provide a stabilizing element -- or the ones we've seen so far do; next chapter, we're about to see something new, lol.

With any luck, Roxas's first college party will not turn out anything like mine. At least it won't take place at a gross frat house.

Much better now for seeing you, kukuku. Since last I posted about my woes, I have made the decision just to quit every single thing that was making me unhappy. As a result, I now have a little reserve of happy to draw from in times of need.

Roxas had better not get confused about which pair of green eyes he wants to be staring deeply into for the rest of his life...

...I refuse to give up my crack yaoi pairing, and you can't make me!
