Paste as a bulletin? Um, I copy/pasted the MeMe onto a NotePad. Filled it out with my info. Then moved to a new LJ post. To hide it from the main viewer-ship and keep from wasting space... <***lj-cut text="title"***> followed by <***/lj-cut***> just remove the asterisks.
