I feel the same way; I want the world to know that the entire country doesn't fucking support him. It's still unbelievable to me that he got fucking re-elected. It almost seemed like common sense not to vote for him. =\

wow, i totally agree with you about the uncivil war. it's saddening to think that our country is so divided, but history repeats itself, so it's nothing new.

I don't care if Americans realize this or not. Half of us have our heads so far up our Quaalude perscriptions and oversized SUV's that it doesn't matter. I suppose I should have clarified. The INTERNATIONAL community should knwo that it was a very close race, and I know they know that. I'm just thinking about how it must look to them. We also can't afford to get all isolationist about this and say 'we reelected the warlord, so deal. OR WE SHALL BOMB YOU' In a global community, that's not gonna fly and being the only superpower isn't going to ever change that.

In concession, I didn't like Kerry/Edwards that much at all, but you have to admit, the current administration's focus on the war is running things into the ground at home. That is undisputable fact, even after the miles and miles of spin the neo-con talking heads put on the facts.
