Who thinks Vladimir Putin is a supervillain?

(I think he makes a great one in the old '60s James Bond tradition. All he needs is a cat.)

Not a supervillain- a czar.

The difference is, supervillains always get defeated- evil rulers, almost never. (Dr. Doom is debatable, since his aims are thwarted but he usually never suffers any consequences.)
