Or - my cholesterol is killing me. The tyranny of the health mafia bears now upon us. After 48 years I am poked, prodded and bled, the corporeal version of an automobile. You can still get calcium from low-fat milk. Eating healthier food may be difficult at first, but you can retrain your taste buds to like it. Once you go off fatty foods, they taste bad.

You can do it, it's just like working out - slow going at first, but then it becomes second nature.

(Boasts) I never had any trouble working out. Cholesterol is a bit annoying. Diet only has a 10% role in reduction.
