It all boils down to selection. An anecdote from the LibDems. "Someone" is doing security. Asian female approached "Where MP?" Pause, is she asking me to telepathically find her MP? "Where MP room?" Then she jabs her finger at a programme booklet "How to be an MP". English should be a requirement but the Piss Diamonds wanted anyone not "male, pale, stale".
