So, last night's writing get together involved jedusaur and brynnmck and I getting together at a Starbucks for 3 1/2 hours and failing to write at all. But it was an awesome 3 1/2 hours. They were very high tech with their laptops and I had my notebook. I'm so old school. Or, you know, don't have a laptop

I feel like a ton of people do all the stuff on their albums by themselves these days. (Did he do everything by himself while LIVING IN A CABIN IN THE WOODS like whosit from Bon Iver?) And I'd imagine with modern technology it's a lot easier than it was when Prince did it. . .ahh, well. Who is writing these articles?

I don't even know. I just...well, often there are flames that come out of my ears when I read this stuff. I mean, one man doing all the stuff is not unheard of. Especially one that has a reputation as a musician and a producer. It's not like he'd never done it before.
