"Watch this!" he said to Crabbe and Goyle.
Splat! The bewitched snowball smacked thirteen-year-old Pansy on the head.
"Draco!" She ran full-on, tackling him. Grabbing a handful of snow, she squashed it in his face.
"Get off!" he yelled, flipping her over; now he was on top, straddling her. His eyes glinted as he scooped up some snow.
She lay there breathless, eyes shining, cheeks rosy, smiling up at him.
Draco stared.
"Go on," she said softly, not bothering to struggle.
"Witches!" he exclaimed, jumping up and rejoining the wizards' snowball fight.
Thoroughly annoyed, he kept glancing back at her.
