Fifteen years was too bloody long to exist with soul sucking creatures, ripping away every satisfying thought of torturing filthy Muggles. Black had been able to escape, so he certainly could too; after all, Black had never been nearly as gifted as he.
Their Master had gained strength; he had felt it.
Yet he had stayed for her.
In the New Year, their separation ended. She had fooled the Dark creatures and searched for him.
Fifteen years without having her had been an eternity.
As they each reached their climax, the Dark Marks on their flesh burned black once again.
