ok so i haven't gotten a bill from sprint for like 8 months. as a result of this i always go over on my minutes, because i don't know how i'm using them. i've called them several times to have them send me my bill and give them my new address a million times but they are so braindead they can't handle it. right now i pay $35 for 300 anytime minutes
