While I was at work today, my disabled father took a bad fall and banged up his knee, maybe even cracked his hip again. Now he's going to be in the hospital for at least a couple days, and while I know what hospital I haven't been able to go- I could have left work but I didn't know which hospital then, and now it's the end of visiting hours and

Yes it is unhealthy, but I would be thinking the same thing too.
