[Near the podium in the middle of the cathedral was Agrias, growling and hissing at the light shining in from the stained glass windows. She never remembered hating sunlight before this. When she wasn't pissed off at the sun, she was looking through a book of myths, completely engrossed ( Read more... )

[.... Nice outfit? At least Abel gets to keep his normal outfit, considering that the Trinity Blood-verse likes to dress their priests in some pretty fancy, gothicky looking stuff.]

You too, huh? Does this mean everyone here is....?

They even got you, Father? Are we not in a holy place? Why have we not been spared?

Well it... I think it's just another change this place throws at us. It's not all that bad, I mean, it could be worse.

[Easy for Abel to say, he got to keep his pants]

I feel vile, though; hungry for things I should not. No woman, let alone a human being, should feel these urges.

[Arcueid had waltzed into the cathedral ready to kill some agents and drink some blood, but instead she finds a now-vampiric Agrias.]

Oh, don't be like that. I think you're looking good, Agrias! Can't say the same thing about this hellhole we're in right now, though.

Lady Arc...

[Forces herself to stop crying]

I have to agree; this place is damp and dark and smells musty. Not what a church should be at all. And I think a rat bit my ankle.

Oh no, it fits my view of churches rather well. But there's no one in here besides us vampires; no one's got any blood to drink.

A younger, more foolish me would disagree with you, but after seeing what churches hide in their depths, I can no longer go with such thoughts.

I really should not call myself a holy woman anymore, really.

[Excalibur is standing in the shadows, not far off. The sunlight drives him mad. ...Which he doesn't understand, because he was sunbathing not a few days ago.

But he did know one thing: this woman was his new master. Even if her armor had drastically changed.

He walks over, flinching at the light as he passes. He tugs on her clothes and looks up with the most serious expression his eyes can muster.]

Is there something troubling you...? Master, my apologies, but I never caught your name.

[Agrias looked down.]

Oh, I never did introduce myself, did I? I am Lady Agrias Oaks.

[She wipes her face a bit and pats Excalibur's nose again.]

I just...This is not who I should be. Quite the opposite, really.

[Puzzled Agrias is puzzled]

Whatever do you mean? I was only speaking of myself.

You don't look hideous to me.

[Loran is staying in the shadows as well, he made the mistake of walking into a patch of sunlight earlier and his eyes have been hurting ever since.]

[Looking around]

Who said that? It sounded like a child, maybe?

[He steps out, rubbing his eyes momentarily before raising a hand to shoulder height.]

It was me.

[Agrias lets her guard back down a bit]

Greetings. Sorry if I startled you. And you are...?
