i just found out the the apartment below mine (duplex) is available starting June 1 for $700/month. It's 3 bedroom, got a basement, yard, peach tree, shed, laundry... oh, it's oh so fabulous and oh so cheap! anyhow, i NEED some good people in it. Abby and I shall be on top...
