Question though: they way you have Thor speak, is that from the comic? 'Cause he doesn't really talk like that in the movies and the movies is the only frame of reference I have so it made me curious.
Anyways, thanks for sharing this and I'm eagerly waiting for more :D

Not sure why I didn't read the last installment, but I do find myself enjoying it now. Especially liking the contrast between Sam's darker world and the relatively more colorful Marvel 'verse (discounting the Ultimate universe, anyway). That question about what Thor eats. Eep. Also, despite having no interest in Loki myself, the comparisons drawn here are very revealing. And interesting. I do like the way you write Sam--he's more sympathetic to my mind when his actions are identified as bad choices, and explained within the context of his character, rather than being written off as 'poor ickle Sammy needs a hug,' which a lot of fics sadly seem to do.
Despite the surreality of the crossover, I'll wait impatiently for the next installment. (And this is the only vaguely Marvel-ish icon I have. Sorry.)

Loki's an interesting little woobie. He gets the "baby needs a hug" treatment a lot from his fans, too, when no matter what reasons fandom gives him for attacking his brother and deploying an interplanetary WMD, he still did it. Like with Sam. I think in Season 4 Sam had the only workable plan (as far as they knew) to stop Lilith, but the way he went about doing it was not okay, and I still haven't seen him stop using the ends to justify the means. I guess what I'm saying is, characters can have serious, fundamental flaws in the way they interact with the world, and I can still like them, just not everything about them.
Cool icon! I am the farthest thing from a comic snob you could hope to see. Is that Galagtus?

Also, Reno, yay! That's my city. This shouldn't be exciting, but it kind of is.

The Winchesters coming to town is always exciting! Let's hope I vaguely . . . sort of . . . almost did Reno justice . . . okay, just feel free to point out any glaring problems. I'd appreciate it.
Thanks for the review!
