Wow, it's been awhile since I've been dipping in SPN fandom but I saw that this was a crossover with the avengers and more specifically Thor that I just had to read it. I'm glad that I did. It is awesome and I truly hope there will be more of this. Whats going to happen. Will Thor discover that Loki isn't really Loki. How will Sam deal with being on the wrong end of the Avenger sidewalk? So many questions.... I'm definitively tracking this :D

Yay! Maybe I can seduce you back into the SPN fold! (Too much? Too much.)

I do have the whole 18k word fic ready to go, so there's no danger of this one straggling on incomplete. I hope you like the rest of it -- it was written before I'd seen Avengers, and exists in this weird AU where S.H.I.E.L.D. has this awkward under-construction period and only half the Avengers are assembled. So my primary fandom is going to be pretty obvious. But, anyway. It should be fun.

Absolutely I'm continuing this. The remaining three chapters are already written and will be published on a precise schedule that I've calibrated to be as annoying as possible.

I really like all your descriptions of setting. The housing development, the small town and especially the part where Sam is walking to the diner. You got me to discover a new word! Berm - a mound of snow or dirt, as formed when clearing land. Also, you may be glad to know that your story is the straw that broke the camel's back. I've now started watching Supernatural. It's good! I love crossovers and yours is shaping up to be spectacular.

I've now started watching Supernatural.

You're kidding. Holy crap! This is the best thing ever! It's pretty much the most awesome thing a crossover could dream of doing! You made my week.

So glad you like the descriptions. I've never lived in a housing development, but they are deeply creepy, in a hopeful cheerful way. And teaching people new words is the second most awesome thing ever.

Thanks so much for the review, and I hope you enjoy the conclusion!
