You can see some of my prior Tiny Rhymes HERE if you are interested. However ( Read more... )

Dude, badass! I seriously posted that prompt as sort of a gag, thinking you'd laugh and skip it! Mega points for a really cool use of an unusual form (I've only seen a few cleave poems done before, and of *course* cleave poem for double helix is perfect) and for taking on the mad science challenge in the first place.

*\o/* YAY!

I swear to you, I read that prompt, thought "Of course she would..." then my brain went to Barney in HIMYM and decided "Challenge accepted!" and set out to conquer it!

I'm glad it worked out so well. Thank you!

Trying to wrangle science into two interwoven Tankas (5-7-5-7-7 syllables) was a bit of an experiment - I'm glad it came out as well as it did! Thanks!

I'm glad you like the orchid poem, thanks!

As far as PTW's challenging prompt, it was fun to wrangle science into two interwoven Tankas (5-7-5-7-7 syllables) so I'm glad it came out as well as it did! Thanks again!

Oh squee! These are super delightful! PTW's is super awesome (fellow science nerd here) but I'm thrilled with mine, too!
