This past Sunday, I signed up for the Rowing class at the gym, which was 45 minutes. There were a few breaks thrown in to give us a chance to stretch out various muscles, and boy-howdy was I sore the next day. Good for you Ro .. moving is great! That hip-hop class sounds like fun .. I love my Zumba classes .. I'm not the most coordinated and I don't always follow the instructor, but I don't care! lol!

Hope the scale will appreciate your effort and show some good numbers when you visit your endo in April! Keep it up, girl! :)

Thanks! I haven't tried the gym's Zumba class yet, but at some point I will - it just depends on what day and time it is offered. :)
