This past Sunday, I signed up for the Rowing class at the gym, which was 45 minutes. There were a few breaks thrown in to give us a chance to stretch out various muscles, and boy-howdy was I sore the next day. Fortunately, I wasn't the only beginner, but it was good to learn the proper technique for the rowing machines
