Those are quite possibly the most adorable cupcakes ever!! I am so going to make them at work with the kids in my summer camp. SO CUTE!

I wish the blue icing hadn't been so runny, but I think it came out cute anyway! I used lemon flavor cake mix and frosting, but you can use whatever flavors you like. Good luck with the camp kids! :)
