Ro's Last Known Bikini!
It's too late to edit my LJ Idol post, but if anyone is wondering, here is a photo of myself and my brother, taken at my aunt & uncle's house in 1972, very likely on that fateful caterpillar hitchhiker day:
For the visually impaired, my brother is on the left in dark purple swim trunks. I am on the right, and my bathing suit is a medium purple-and-white gingham check. The bottom is skirted, the top is a little too big (it appears to be falling off my shoulder). My hair appears to be in a single braid down my back. I'm not sure what the heck I was doing with my mouth, it looks like a bit of a grimace, LOL!
My icon, by the way, was me at age 3 - a bit younger than the photo above, in which I was about 4-1/2 and my brother about 7-1/2.
