So, the bank doesn't want to give me the loan because... Get this... The shed in back needs paint on the edges and it needs new door frame. My heart is breaking... The sellers won't make repairs... But This isn't even part of the fucking house. And I have no control... Way to fuck me banks of America. Fuck

Banks get so weirdly picky about shit. I can't figure out why. I could see being upset if the house had some sort of serious issues, but a shed???
