Gay musicals + Shakespeare = very happy Mouse

Most of you don't know this, but I have an undying love for Shakespeare. Especially "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (I blame it all on the 1999 movie and Christian Bale's role as Demetrius *sigh*).
I'm also very fond of any and all movies from the LGBT genre. What can I say?... I have a thing for pretty boys. Especially if they're kissing. Each other : ( Read more... )

God, I saw the trailer to this a few month back and wanted to see it ever since. It looks amazing.

Seriously, girl - this movie is beyond amazing. It's sweet and beautiful and just-the-right-amount of kitsch-y. Not to mention the two lead men - utterly gorgeous and extremely hot (I have a thing for gay men :P).

You should definitely see it :)

OMG. Were the World Mine is sooooooooooooooo fricking cute. GOSH I LOVE THAT MOVIE. Seriously...there are pretty boys, singing, glitter...like Velvet Goldmine but only happier!
Although I admit it did get a bit cliche at times but I thought it was presh!

Seriously - pretty gay boys, music and Shakespeare. Is there anything better?
Also: fuck cliches. This movie makes me happy beyond all reason. Ain't nothing wrong with that :D

I just saw it and I really enjoyed it :)
I love how they used A Midsummer Night's Dream and the songs in this movie. It was so cute and also quite funny :P
