Here in Portugal gay marriage was legalized last year, but not adoption by a gay couple.
The Inquisition still rules in many minds.
Funny thing is, there's no law against a single gay person adopting.

Stoopid laws are stoopid. Mexico is 80% catholic but a great percentage is very disappointed with the catholic Church.

In México the legal partnership that granted medical and next of kin rights to homosexual couples was approved before discrimination was illegal...
