I knew in advance what the set-up for this week’s episode was. Though I hated knowing, I was really looking forward to seeing how they would handle this type of story line.

Awww, booo, the Impala has new license plates.

It was a nice way to follow up last week though, with having Sammy be a ( Read more... )

I really liked this episode. There was a lot of heartbreak for me here too.

It seemed like such a wonderful world, with mom, Jessica, and his new mystery gf, but everyone except the gf had such low opinions and expectations for him that for this reason alone, I wouldn't have been able to stay.

You forgot to mention the bit about how his gf was in the magazine ad back in the real world - that was very ironic!

It was a wonderful episode, food for thought.

but everyone except the gf had such low opinions and expectations for him that for this reason alone, I wouldn't have been able to stay.
I reacted to that to, but it didn't seem to matter to him. He had his family. It was the fact that all the people they'd saved died in this world that seemed to make him realise he couldn't stay.

It happens with every review I forget to mention lots of things. But I liked that.

This is by far one of my favorite episodes ever! You did a nice recap! Enjoyed reading all the quotes (I love quotes).

I felt so sorry for Dean. The vid I had was corrupted so I missed what he said after; after dad died… but the look of heartbreak on his face spoke volumes.

I still want an uncorrupted version though.

If you check out my review, I've got the dialog from that final scene quoted, so you can at least read what he said. :)

I have nothing but love for this episode, and suspect it’s one that’ll have more than a few repeat viewings.

I loved it so much I watched it again right after it aired. :D

It ranks as one of my faves as well.
It really got to me quickly.

Thanks for the quote, so sad. I found an uncorrupted version of the episode as well, so I've had a chance to watch it too.

I loved this episode. I'm probably gonna watch it many more times.
Oh, Dean
