I still have some suspicions in my head about the final scene but they will never be confirmed in any way
Yeah, that was pretty much the way I felt. Matt and I saw this together (before we even started dating) and we discussed and debated and discussed it. The end leaves you with so many questions and possibilities...you kind of want your questions answered, but really you don't b/c that's just what makes it good, ya know? The big question mark at the end of the movie. If they had tied it all up in a neat little bow, I think it would have fallen flat. It was fantastic movie!! We both loved it and I will definitely be buying it as well.
Hope you get to see it soon, it's a wonderful film. Scarlett doesn't have a big part thankfully. I can't wait to get my grubby little hands on the DVD when it's released. :D
I haven't read the book, I really want to though, think I'll have to get it. I don't know if they've changed anything, but as a movie it's great.
I loved it, and can't wait till I get the DVD. Christian Bale is great, but I have to admit it was Hugh Jackman who lured me into see this one, if he's in it I'll watch it. :)
I've heard about that one, strikes me as more a romance story than something very exiting. Am I wrong? Might have to check that one out as well if it hits the theatres over here.
I really enjoyed it too, and picked up *almost all* of the twists - but most of the twists are kind of stunning, whether you figure them out early or not!
