Haha, idk, "have fun" mostly. Whether you end up having fun or not, for many people it's a chance to hang out with friends (think college reunion with close buddies), and a few days break away from job and family and life. No matter where you work or what you do in the army, that can be nice. Beyond that, it really depends on your role and the circumstances under which you were called...
