Apparently, Puck from Glee is actually Noah Puckerman and Jewish. After he got out from juvenile detention he complained that "there's no kosher meals" there.
Dude! Lol, wow. So that makes at least three Jewish characters from Glee, right? Rachel, Tina (I think? Maybe?), and Puck. Aaaand also the school paper editor, Jacob Ben Israel, whom I suspect might be Jewish.
Totally ignoring the argument, because Tina might have the last name but we don't know (as far as I know) whether she identifies as Jewish, so if you right her it could go either way. Rachel is definitely Jewish in canon, though, IIRC.
FNL is totally made of win and I'm going to be gutted when it finishes. Is Coach Taylor going to head up the Dillon football programme, or is Tammy going to take the job in Philedelphia? When does Becky turn 18 so that Tim can come back and marry her? Is Jess going to be the second female football coach? Is Vince's dad going to do something terrible on the day of the state final?
I was watching this morning and I think that apart from the actual storylines, the thing I love most about this show is how real they make the situations. Eric & Tammy have a kid, so they spend time crawling round on the floor and talking to her like people talk to little kids and the looks they pass between them when they can't actually speak to each other. Stevie bawls his head off. So many shows just treat the kids as accessories that you put away when you're not using them.
Man, I have no idea about Coach. I'd love it and hate it, but love it if they left. I think Tami deserves it. Then again, the kids. I wish the two places were closer together ;__;.
I am all for Becky/Luke, so Tim can go find himself a girl or boy his own age! And as far as I'm concerned Jess is TOTALLY going to be the next female football coach, no matter how long it takes her. Damn, Coach needs to stick around just for her :(
Is there any chance you could add an extra-gifts kind of thing, where people who are already getting ficlets might get more? (I think Yuletide has something like that, but I'm not too clear on Yuletide in general.)
Or in other words: I know for absolutely certain that I don't need to be signing up for anything that involves both recepient guilt and a deadline atm, but I'd love to at least try and write something for some of these characters. Which, yes, okay, I could just do that on my own time, but maybe that can be an option?
Hahaha, you could always just write them for meeeeee :D
But um. Basically, every year I say I'll open up prompts on the last day once everyone's handed in their fics, like on yuletide, and I've actually done so once or twice, and less than a handful of fics got written so honestly it didn't feel like it was even worth the coding. If it happens, in any case, it will be on the week of the deadline so you have time!
But you have no interest in Inception!Arthur, Tim Drake and Morgana teaming up! Although okay, no one is too likely to offer that prompt. (I hope mini Ray gets ten thousand prompts and ficlets, though. I have no idea if I can write any, but I want to read them.)
Also, gotcha, and I'll try to keep my eyes open. It makes sense there wouldn't be that many last-minute fics for a non-Yuletide-sized ficathon, unfortunately.

Is Rachel ever pointed out as a Jew or she just has an obsession with Barbara Streisand and she "looks Jewish"?
Since Tina's name is Tina Cohen-Chang, we can call her Jewish.
Like Christina Yang from Grey's who's mother married a Jew and they all converted.
(Ignoring the religious argument of who actually is a Jew.)
