Friday afternoon brought with it an impromptu visit to the Tel Aviv port. Nothing special, fish and chips and then a coffee, but I had my new camera with me! So, despite the fact that I've posted photos of the post before, time for a photodump, yay :-)

It is MAGICAL and LIFE-CHANGING! I only wish it were smaller and less fragile so I could carry it in my bag all the time. I am already daydreaming with worry about taking it skiing this year -- on the one hand, must! On the other, danger! What to do, what to do...

Thanks! It's a Canon Rebel T1i, also known as ♥. (Or, well, it's my first SLR so I can't really compare it to anything. But ♥.)

Gah, Tel-Aviv docks. *_* Possibly the only redeeming feature of this city, besides its pride parades. You know bb, you're really doing a national service by posting these pics; I can't imagine anyone who'd see these sights and not want to come visit Israel. *g*

Thank you! The port is so lovely. But hey, no dissing Tel Aviv! We got a whole coast of pretty, and old neighborhoods and houses, Neveh Zedek and Rothschield and Nahalat Binyamin. It is now my new mission to take more photos of those places to prove to you that they are good! We may not have your green expanses, but it's not all bad.

I think that could work, mostly because as sophisticated as my camera is, it is not yet equipped with x-ray vision :-)
