I gave up on House centuries ago, but I have to say this one thing - my nephew's best friend has two spleens. They found out when one ruptured.

Wow. So at least he had a backup one? :-) The House patient -- if I understood correctly, which I'm totally not sure I did -- had 16. Or something. It was weird. Maybe it was just one spleen, but all split up? :/
