Saw you on copperbadge's journal -- we share a country, some political views and some fandoms, and I am utterly amazed by that Discworld/Khad Gadya crossover. Can I stalk you?

House has a very interesting way of using music. The S1 finale, for instance - You Can't Always Get What You Want. Or, this finale - As Tears Go By; the soaring music as they cut alternately to House and the wedding. It makes me CRY. (Okay, I have a weakness for the Rolling Stones.)
Also, BSG. 'Kobol's Last Gleaming's opening sequence, playing Passacaglia. Exodus II, with the war drums as the humans begin to escape - and then the piercing bagpipe as Galactica jumps into the atmosphere, with a flash of yellow light (my favourite BSG scene EVER).

HL playing Silent Night, What a Friend We Have in Jesus, Hymn to Freedom, and -- what is apparently called, on Youtube, Cuddy's Serenade ♥. Ugh, HL, how are you so amazing ( ... )
