So I went to the Tom Stoppard talk after all! Got a seat and everything. And he was interesting and had a very spiffy accent as Brits tend to have, and he basically could have been a jar of pickles and I would still worship him, for Shakespeare in Love if nothing more.

So now that I'm possibly not making this up, I'm really curious about Kutner. There are, as leiascully says, Indian Jews - although Kutner is a European Jewish name, so... well, I could fanwank a bunch of explanations for how it makes sense. Now I just want to know!

Nana would love Kutner, don't you think? Because he's such a good happy boy, and you know he eats everything on his plate and asks for seconds.
Taub? Him, not so much. Always scowling. Only pleasant when he tries to be pleasant.

He is! He's, like, the perfect grandson! Oh, oh, what if he has a Grandpa, whose just as awesome as Nana (you know, if that's possible)? He would TOTALLY set them up! And then he and Wilson would be step-cousins! And this is the happy image I need to occupy myself with so as not to think about the finale!

And he would get Anna, too. And she would develop a crush on him, and five-year-olds are wont to do. And House will take a Vicodin and lock her in her room and lock Kutner in the back of his trunk. Also, House would call Kutner "the Nanny". Everywhere.
