Part two of the favorite TV hotties series of 2008 is here! It's time for the real treat, the guys. Unlike the girls, there's been quite a shake up in this list. Curious to see who stayed and who went?

5. Lee Pace - Ned (Pushing Daisies)
How'd he fare last year? Didn't. This is his first time back on TV since "Wonderfalls" was unceremoniously cancelled in 2004.
I love Bryan Fuller for bringing Lee back to my TV as the absolutely adorable, hopelessly romantic Ned. What I like most is that he is very much a man, despite being gentle and sentimental. And, he is altogether just genuinely handsome. I'd stand a stool for the rest of my life just to stay next to him.
What makes him hot? That damn charm and heartwarming smile.
4. Christopher Gorham - Henry Grubstick (Ugly Betty)
How'd he fare last year? He hit the big time, hopping off the honorable mentions list, mostly due in part to the increase in half-nakedness exhibited this season.
What intrigues me the most about Christopher is how he somehow managed to go from boy to man without anyone noticing. All of a sudden, he was just insanely hot. He's so hot he managed to hot his way into returning as Henry on "Ugly Betty." But no matter what, he will always be Harrison to me.
What makes him hot? Boyish good looks and cute ears.
3. Michael C. Hall - Dexter Morgan (Dexter)
How'd he fare last year? Due to me being stupid, I was completely unaware of "Dexter" until after last year's list was compiled.
Michael C. Hall's appeal is pretty inexplicable to me. Other people may find it easier to point out why he's so attractive, but for me, he just is. It's probably a combination of all his qualities coming together. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts or something. Whatever it is, it's undeniable.
What makes him hot? You tell me (though the body helps).
2. Milo Ventimiglia - Peter Petrelli (Heroes)
How'd he fare last year? Like Christopher Gorham, Milo was also a bench warmer last year. Then he got a haircut and everything changed.
Peter Petrelli will never be sexier than Jess Mariano, but episode by episode, he's getting closer. Once the emo hair was gone and he showed up with a brand new man-body, Milo solidified himself as the hottest guy in the "Heroes" cast. He may be rumored to be an ass and be dating someone significantly younger than him, but I don't care. I love him anyway.
What makes him so hot? Looks GREAT in a suit and has a sexy voice.
1. Taylor Kitsch - Tim Riggins (Friday Night Lights)
How'd he fare last year? He's always been hot, but for some reason he just didn't pop last year. Quite a leap to come from nothing to the top.
Now, I want to let it be known that ever since this list started last year, I have intentionally avoided using shirtless pictures to get across that these guys are more than just bodies. But Taylor is shirtless in 80% of his photographs, so nothing could really be done about that. That being said, HOT DAMN. He may be a slovenly, drunkard ass on the show (though he's getting better!), but 5 minutes of watching Tim Riggins and you'll get it.

* Dave Annable - Justin Walker (Brothers & Sisters)
Like Emily VanCamp, this is such a cheat because I don't watch "Brothers & Sisters," but he was cute on "Reunion" and he's way cuter now. I really wanted to put him in the top 5 because he is so good-looking that he deserves a pic spot, but I thought it was only fair that he stay down here since I don't actually watch his show. Plus, he's not high up enough in my rankings to boot one of those boys. There's always next year.
* Barry Watson - Todd (Samantha Who?)
If there was one big lesson to learn from this list, it would be that the proper haircut can change your life. Barry Watson was never even remotely attractive to me until I saw him on "Samantha Who?" For now he's hovering on the honorable mentions list, but you never know.
* Kristoffer Polaha - Tim O'Malley (Miss Guided)
I don't know why I find him so cute, but he is. Maybe it's because his character doesn't fall for the typical hot girl. Maybe it's because you can't help but pity his lack of Spanish skills. Whatever it is, I want more.
As you can see, the entire top 5 from last year went out the window. What can I say? My taste in guys go through phases. Plus, the Grey's boys got lame, Santos got killed, I stopped watching "Without a Trace," and I totally forgot that Tom Welling existed. Sorry, guys!
