Something I have noticed lately - too often we (this is that all encompassing collective "we") let outside influences effect our happiness, people, incidents, work etc

That's usually how I see it but that night I was tired before we even got there, and the music certainly didn't help any ;)

I was soooo looking forward to dancing, too!!
