When I was at loreley_se's place I brought along some goodies packed as belated birthday presents. It all started with two things that happened to be vaguely Merlin related, if you squinted, and looked at it sideways. This inspired me to go looking for more little tidbits to add to this. One thing even more far-fetched then the other, but still, it was fun

1) I remember in the episode commentary "Valiant" there was a big fleur de lis statue in a scene and Angel and Bradley were talking about it, wondering what a fleur de lis was.

2) Bradley has mentioned he likes the Beatles.

3) Is this one fic-related? Cuz even though I haven't read it yet, it might sound vaguely like Communications in Binary. Really, I don't know.

4) A bit obvious, isn't it? The four leaf clover is for Colin who is Irish.

1) Yep. The fleur de lis is actually a French symbol, but since they're filming in a French castle with that giant fleur de lis statue featuring in a couple of scenes for me it's got a Camelot connection now too.

2) Yep (plus he mentioned he wanted a fridge)

3) 'Life of Pi' is one of Colin's favorite books.

4) The Irish clover is actualy a three leaf clover, but I could only find a bookmark with a four leaf clover, which was close enough for me ;p

5) Bradley was selecting strawberries 'for future pleasure', but I couldn't very well pack and bring fresh strawberries from The Netherlands to London, so strawberry flavoured lip-balm would have to do :D

6) a) When half of fandom was waiting for Colin and Bradley to freaking finally come on Jonathan Ross, this song premiered.

b) This song is used in the RSAMD techy vid with Colin.

c) Yep.

d) Yep.
