I've only caught a couple of minutes here and there. It's not much, and it's just about only Bradley and Colin because I had the clearest view of them but you hear some of the others. Most vids start and/or stop with a beautiful shot of my knee, whoops, there's some wobbling and here and there you can hear me laughing REALLY LOUD because I'm so close to the microphone.
I've added Vimeo links and MegaUpload links. If you want to share with others I'd prefer if you linked to this post or Vimeo. If a link isn't working anymore please tell me and I'll re-upload.
Caps of the vids can be found
here.
part 1/4: The start of the panel, just a short shot, panning from right to left, wobbling to try and avoid the backs of heads:

part 2/4: The first question here was, who is most like his/her character. You hear Katie's answer to that question how over time they became more like their characters, with Anthony's exasperated reaction 'Do you say that I'm like Uther?!?'
The second question was, 'What is your favorite episode of Merlin'. While Katie starts answering that question (it's episode 7), Bradley asked the boy who'd come up with the question where he was from. Then follows some confusion because Katie goes on answering and the boy is trying to answer Bradley's question. When it's finally settled that the boy is from California and he's seen the series in the States, the host wants to move on to the next question and then you hear Angel piping up 'My favorite is 3'. There's some laughter, it's decided to let the others answer the question too, to which both Colin and Bradley just say '11' in a bit of 'oh well...' kind of way and then comes Richard with, 'I didn't hear the question'. There's lots of laughter, especially when he also asks which season he should pick from but eventually it turns out his favorite is episode 13. Anthony's favorite is 'The Dark Knight', Angel's is still 3 and I think it's Julian whose favorite is 'Lancelot'.

part 3/4: The first question here was, what was in the rat-stew. Bradley tells about how Colin is a vegetarian so anything they both have to eat has to be vegetarian food. Colin and Katie agree that the stew was a cold mushroom soup with
quorn. Then Katie talks about how while she was being shot eating they were deliberately late saying 'cut' so she'd had to keep on eating.
Then there's some confusion over who gets the microphone for the next question and someone who gets passed over last minute gets an 'awwwwwwww' from the crowd and then a promise she'll get a turn later.
The second question was, 'How do you do the different voices'. Colin gets to answer that question and he explains that he's usually all right getting the accent right when he's playing against someone with an English accent, but when he's playing against Katie it's kind of a battle not to slip into his Irish accent, 'but yeah, practice...'. Then Anthony tells about how the director told him 'I love it when you do that low voice' and he was 'what low voice?', but now he does it deliberately.
Then the woman who just got passed gets a turn to ask her question and since she'd enjoyed Anthony's singing in previous roles she wonders if we can look forward to some medieval karaoke, to which the writers jokingly answer they're considering a musical Merlin episode.

Part 4/4: This brings us to the last question which turned into 3 questions:
The first one was for Katie about how Hugo the tiger was doing. She says he's good and explains for those not in the know that Hugo is her hot water bottle to keep her warm between shoots.
The second question was for Angel to show her great boots, which were indeed very special but halfway trying to get a shot of them I gave up because I had to get my camera too high up to see and I didn't want to get caught filming.
The third question was a long and rambling one which came down to how Merlin was always advocating pacifism (is he?) but he's killing people left, right and center. I love how Bradley very pointedly looks at his watch during the question. Anyway, finally Colin gets to answer and he says that Merlin doesn't kill in cold blood, but only for a reason.
