It's interesting that Tibet, which has suffered under Chinese rule that is at least as bad as what the Palestinians are under, does not have a thing for suicide bombings. Martyrdom does not have a place in Buddhism as there is no paradise to go to. And no self appointed authorities who speak for the "divine", an entity which expresses desires that are very much in line with those of the authorities.
The Palestinians would be better off to strangle their Imams first, and then deal with Israeli oppression. No gods comes before no masters in the old slogan.

The counter postion is either incredibly ill educated or the product of evangelical atheism; the faith that there is no God.
All of the followers of the brigand, theif, pedophile, rapist "prophet" would do well to "strangle their Imams first." The rest of the world, not so much.
