How nice that Alan wanted to Say Hi to me.
What did Alan mean by saying "Thomas"

I enjoyed your pictures very much. It was like a visit to your home and to the town you live in. I have several comments to make.

I have some wooden cherries that look like the ones you have. I always have them out at Christmas time.

I decorate my kitchen with different kinds of Santas. I liked your glass Santa and also the one made from a twig or small branch of a tree. Instead of Santa Mother we call Santa's wife "Mrs. Santa Claus". I have a set of those.

I had a big smile when I saw your anglaspel. I used to have one of those and loved it a lot. It was called "Angel Chimes". It was one of the first decorations I bought after I was married.

Are the Advent Candles always red? I had never heard of them until we came to live in Wisconsin which has many more people of Scandinavian and German descent. They said that we should have three purple (or royal blue) candles to stand for the season of Advent and one pink. I didn't like that, so I've had green or red for years and years.

Thank you for telling the Santa mother is named Mrs Santa Claus and the name of the anglaspel is Angel Chimes.

Do you mean the electric candles? They can have all colours most red, white of wood colour.

The stearin candle lights can be red or white. I remember I had red burning candle lights on my picture.

I have never heard that you should have purple of blue candles for Christmas in Sweden.
