Perhaps the Curse left all of Rumple's true enemies (except Regina) behind. The only question is, what about the other people? Or perhaps there are different reasons for different people not getting transported.

Raises an interesting point - if Regina had been the one to close the library, why does Gold have the key?

(or did he close the library, then say "oh, and Regina, do take the credit slash blame, please" ?)

Why would Regina still have the key to the library, when she is no longer mayor? Gold could have gotten the key from Charming.

There was a part of Fairyland untouched, my bet is Hook and crew came back shortly before the curse with knowledge to kill Rumple. Hook left his crew to find him and ended up in the part that got frozen instead of transported. Perhaps Hook found Cora in Neverland and got the info from her, an d brought her back with him hence their team up. My big issue is Rumple in this body 300 years old (actor interview about changing his voice over time), or the dark one. Doesn't make sense for dark one to be that young without more story but if talking about this body Bae would have aged and died long time ago. I dont get theory Bae is only 40ish , curse years+starting age as time had to pass for Rumple to know Regina has baby abd set things in motion for curse (unless that was pre HIM being dark one...or holds memories from all bodies?
