Very nice. There are some people with whom it is definitely a mistake to play "Trivial Pursuit". I am a little surprised that Pete was willing to take on Myka (studious geek with a prodigious memory for detail), in fact.

honestly, the plot bunny kept me from noticing that.

in-story, I suppose one of some possible reasons could be,,,
a) they were playing in teams
b) Myka agreed on a handicap
c) not playing for points
