If a part of Christianity is flawed by removing/adding books, wouldn't that mean all of Christianity is flawed because of the variation of books and the fact that not all books were originally included?

Option 2:
Actually, this is something I've been thinking about in regards to other religions because if everything is just a form of God, then every God is simply the same God, just with a different name or facet.
